  •   Y型聚乙二醇NHS酯是自主研发的Y型结构,具有2个PEG链和一个活性酯基因,可以用来生产蛋白或其他生物分子中的赖氨酸上的氨基进行反应。Y-NHS可以在PH=7-8的缓冲液中在较短的时间内与NH2进行聚乙二醇化。由于Y-NHS具有独特的空间结构使它更具有选择性。
